Gallery Critiques

Students in the Fine and Applied Arts in Civilization course are required to complete a gallery or performance critique requirement. These assignments require students to apply concepts learned in the course to materials not covered by the course. In some cases, students attend gallery exhibits on campus; on others, they attend theatrical, musical, or other artistic events.
