3 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup peanuts
1-6 ounce package butterscoth chips
In a saucepan, melt butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove chips from the heat and stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles. Drop
by teaspoons onto waxed paper and cool. Makes 30-40.

1 box chewy fudge brownie mix
1/2 cups butter
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
4-plus tablespoons creme de menthe, to taste
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
Andes mints
Prepare fudge mix as directed on package. Let cool completely before
frosting, Combine cream cheese, butter,
powdered sugar and creme de menthe. Spread over brownies. Melt chocolate
chips and butter. Pour over frosting and
tilt pan to cover completely. Refrigerate until cool. Garnish with
Andes mints. Cut into squares.

Brownies Supreme
21 1/2 oz. pkg. Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
1/2 c water
1/2 c oil
1 egg
FILLING:
1/2 c margarine or butter, softened
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
3 Tbs. Creme de menthe syrup
FROSTING:
6 oz Pk semisweet chocolate chips
1 c powdered sugar
1/3 c Margarine
Heat oven to 350...Grease bottom only of 13x9 inch pan. In large
bowl, combine all brownie ingredients; Spread in greased pan... Bake for
33 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool completely. In medium bowl, beat 1/2
cup margarine and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add remaining filling
ingredients; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
In small saucepan, melt frosting ingredients over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes...Pour frosting evenly over filling, spread carefully to cover. Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting into bars. Store in refrigerator.

Cookies
Makes 8-16 Cookies
8 slices white bread
1 1/2 cups flake coconut
1/4 teaspoon green food coloring
2 cups sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons water
Place the bread slices on the cookie sheets. Let stand at room temperature
for 1 hour. Place the green food coloring into one of the mixing bowls.
Add the 2 tablespoons of water. Mix with the fork. Carefully add the coconut.
Mix with the fork and set aside. Place the bread on a cutting board. Cut
into grasshopper shapes.
Place the sweetened condensed milk into the other mixing bowl. Using
clean hands, dip the bread pieces into the milk. Then dip into the colored
coconut. Place the dipped bread onto a cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated
350 degree F oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool for at least 20 minutes.
