Current Position

Professor of Criminal Justice, Master of Science in Criminal Justice Program Coordinator, and Criminal Justice Program Coordinator.  Currently teaching criminological theory, comparative criminal justice, criminology, introduction to criminal justice, and terrorism.  Serve as coordinator for both the undergraduate and graduate criminal justice programs in the Department of Government and Sociology.

Research Grants Received

Co-principal investigator with Dr. Terry Wells on a $38,816 grant from the United States Department of Justice for research on a Project Safe Neighborhoods program for Middle Georgia to reduce gun violence. The grant is for the two year period 2004 - 2005.
