This site attempts to outline the professional work of Dr. Frank Lowney who is currently Coordinator of Projects with the Georgia Digital Innovation Group at Georgia College & State University. The DI Group is a collaborative initiative of the University System of Georgia and Georgia College.

The site is also media-rich so you should also have the latest version of the iTunes application and QuickTime for your platform. Note that on Windows, QuickTime is bundled with iTunes.
