As the Producer was rising in power, he managed
to get the U.S. to agree to supply San Andreas with
all of its needs in return for the huge new entertainment
industry that he planned to supply the mainland. This
underhand deal with the U.S. included the provision of security,
food, electrical power, equipment, and other necessary tools.
In return, the U.S. government pocketed the money, since the
people of San Andreas had no real need for it.
