Dr. Zhenhui Xu is a professor of economics. He received his undergraduate degree from Shanghai Normal University in China and his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Virginia in 1993. Before he joined the School of Business at Georgia College & State University in 1998, he taught International Economics, International Finance /Open Economy Macroeconomics, and Case Studies in International Economics, among others, at the College of William & Mary in Virginia.  At Georgia College & State University, he has been teaching International Economics for MBA and undergraduates. He has also taught Mathematical Economics, Principles of Econometrics, Seminar on the Chinese Economy, and Principles of Economics.  Dr. Xu frequently visits universities and government agencies in China to give lectures and seminars. His current research includes issues concerning China's foreign trade and exchange rate policy.
